A small clean up...

A small clean up of the site today :
- updated the homepage that was so old that a slight mould was developping on it
- published an edito whose author is aldweb - the first one of a serie one expects to be long (don't worry, there will be two of them at least, since the second one is ready to be published). I am the one to blame for the poor translation : each correction is welcome !
- updated the article (In)compatibilities / hosts (thanks to the users who helped)
- updated the forum guidelines, the emergency pack and the mysterious Search on the site
- clean up in the reactions to the articles, that were inappropriate
- rearrangment of the top boxes for an easier consultation
