Patch fixes data caching

Hello everyone,
The zip corrections data caching OVH is downloading in the section Download / GuppY 5.0
No impact on the data, the script is simply reloaded after a delay of 3 seconds.
By Admin / Config and general information on the website, you can activate and deactivate the adjustable time delay.
This patch is required and only works for sites hosted by OVH.
