Lots of new GuppY sites & translations updates

B@lou took the time to update the list of miniPortail / GuppY links. I do not how many he added but this list is getting really long now 
Don't hesitate to surf on these sites as they are pretty good examples of running GuppY websites.
The other news for today is that the translations package file has been updated with:
- a new language, being Lithuanian! Thanks to Teodoras for this translation
- an update of the Finnish translation. Thanks Juha
- an update of the Indonesian translation. Thanks Agi
